Exhale Yoga strives to provide a positive, nurturing, non-dogmatic environment that challenges students to extend themselves physically, mentally, and emotionally.
In our practice, we believe our breath has two parts, the inhale which provides sanctuary, and the exhale which allows opportunity for effort. In these two parts we find balance, stability, and safety. We want our studio to become home for people who love yoga, beginners to veterans to people coming back to their mat after hiatus; home for yogis who believe that yoga is a supplement to their healthy lifestyle; home for anyone who is looking to heal from the inside out.
Exhale Yoga is an extension of our idea of home, a place where you are accepted and respected and everyone who has the desire to be inspired and empowered can come and be around others with the same idea. Here, we have the space and the opportunity to heal, to grow, to find our breath and find our movement.
